Refund policy
Each piece is a work of art. Whether it's an original or a limited-edition print, it’s carefully checked and packaged with intention before it leaves the studio.
Because these are unique or small-run items, and not mass-produced products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or sizing.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a genuine issue, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery by emailing yeeha@jakeypedro.com. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and a few photos if possible.
If there is a clear fault or damage in transit, I’m happy to offer a replacement or store credit.
Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
